The general terms and conditions (T&Cs) are governing the purchasing relations between the user of this site, hereinafter named You, and COMPUTERIZER LTD., hereinafter named as We, store or COMPUTERIZER LTD “ the company is situated at OFFICE 22, SOFIA TSIROU 9, 3021 LIMASSOL, CYPRUS, registration number HE 311826, VAT number CY10311826B.

These T&Cs aim into protecting your rights as valued customer as well as the rights of COMPUTERIZER LTD. By submitting your order, you come to binding contractual obligations with the e-Shop and accept the terms and conditions stipulated below.



On-line order processing consists of 4 easy steps. Once you have added the goods to shopping cart, please click Checkout button and then:

  • Login or register if new to the e-Shop
  • Verify the billing information of your account
  • Select or add new delivery address
  • Verify and confirm the order
  • Select payment method and complete the payment authorization

As a result, the purchasing part of the order is completed.

After receiving your order we will process it and send you a written confirmation of the acceptance of the order to the e-mail address you provided in your order form. The confirmation will include the following information:

  • date of the order
  • Registration and contact details of COMPUTERIZER LTD.
  • details of the purchaser
  • details of the ordered goods
  • price of the ordered goods
  • delivery charges
  • total value of the order

Once the order confirmation is sent to you, the contract of delivery of the goods is considered concluded. At that time total amount of the ordered goods will be charged to your account.


Goods availability

The availability of the goods is visible real time on in item cards and tables with products.

It might not be possible for us to deliver products to some locations and the selection of products available for sale may differ from country to country. Please select correct country of Delivery or login at the beginning of each shopping session in order to avoid any confusion. The final verification of the goods availability and delivery options to a certain country is done in step Order Confirmation during the order checkout process.

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:

  • we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
  • we do not deliver to your area; or
  • One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.

If we do cancel your order we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 5 days of your order.

Product information

COMPUTERIZER LTD takes great care when putting information on-line with respect to the essential characteristics of our products, notably with respect to the technical descriptions emanating from our partners and suppliers and the photographs illustrating the products. However, COMPUTERIZER LTD does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.


Sales prices

The prices indicated on are in Euros and include CYPRUS VAT with current rate of 19% and all other taxes, but do not include delivery charge. The actual delivery costs will be shown in an order during checkout and invoiced in addition to the price of the products. Orders delivered outside of the European Union or the European Economic Area may be additionally subject to customs duties and charges in the country of import. These duties and charges are the customer''s responsibility.

No VAT will be charged to Customers from outside of the European Union or the European Economic Area ordering the delivery of the products outside of the European Union or the European Economic Area. The European customers registered for VAT purposes and whose purchases qualify as intra-Community acquisition may be entitled for zero VAT rate. This kind of transaction is available only for registered customers and subject to verification by our customer service. COMPUTERIZER LTD reserves the right to modify the prices at our discretion for any products before you place and complete your order.

Special price and various discounts (like Super Price, Combo Discounts, SALE) may be applicable from time to time for deliveries to some or all countries. The information about such programs is available on instantly.

All prices on this web site and any discounts are applicable only to online purchases made through this website.


Pricing policy

The prices on the website are adapted for International market. The products in that case would be shipped from our warehouse located abroad. The delivery charge is not included in the product price and is set by courier services we use depending on the size, volume and destination of the package.

COMPUTERIZER LTD offers the following methods of payment:

Currently the e-Shop organizes the deliveries to 47 countries of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Delivery charges will be indicated separately in your order and vary by country of destination, value of the order and weight of the shipment.

All delivery times are estimations only and indicated in days. Once your order has been shipped it takes usually approx. 2-3 days to arrive at the destination address.

The goods will be delivered to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 10 days of your order.

Please note that orders delivered outside of the European Union or the European Economic Area may be subject to customs duties and charges in the country of import. These duties and charges are your responsibility.

COMPUTERIZER LTD offers a complete track and trace service for all your orders.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your order number. Your order will be shipped with one of the four couriers we currently use depending on delivery destination and stock location.



Warranty and After-Sales Service Procedures

Manufacturer™s warranty

The majority of the products have a warranty offered directly by the respective manufacturers. Please consult appropriate leaflet or warranty card enclosed with the product to find about the terms and conditions of the manufacturer™s warranty and nearest service center. In addition, our authorized service centers in the countries where we deliver to are there to help.

Legal guarantees

Independently of the manufacturer™s warranty provided with products, all products offered to you come with a legal guarantee concerning product conformity and latent defects, as outlined in the consumer protection legislation applicable in the country of delivery of your product.

Returns Policy


The following applies to all returns:


  • The warranty period, procedures, rules and regulations of any product are all subject to the manufacturer™s/supplier™s conditions. COMPUTERIZER LTD cannot be held responsible for the time, delays or for the kind of reimbursement (credit note, repair or new item).In cases of credit notes, usually the manufacturer/supplier issues them with the item™s current value.
  • In case of a faulty/non-working item, COMPUTERIZER LTD is obligated to test the item and must be able to confirm the fault. This usually takes a maximum time of 2 to 3 working days, after the product arrives at COMPUTERIZER LTD workshop. This amount of time is subject to change, according to the nature of the fault (some problems appear only from time to time, or after a specific use). If the fault is confirmed, COMPUTERIZER LTD will send the item to the manufacturer/supplier according to his returns policy. When the kind of reimbursement is decided from the manufacturer/supplier, COMPUTERIZER LTD will either notify the customer or send the replacement/repair immediately to the end-user. In case of a credit note, the customer has the right to choose any kind of product he wishes or he can order again the same product. Again, the time to complete the RMA case is entirely up to the manufacturer/supplier, from the point the product leaves COMPUTERIZER LTD workshop.
  • The return shipping cost to COMPUTERIZER LTD must be paid by the customer. The customer can choose the carrier of his choice. Should the product be found faulty/non-working, the shipping costs to the manufacturer/supplier and the return of the replacement/repair item will be paid by COMPUTERIZER LTD. Should the item not be found faulty/non-working, then the return of the product must be paid again by the customer. The product returned to COMPUTERIZER LTD must be in the best possible packaging and will be not accepted if there is any visible damage on the packaging by the carrier the customer chooses. If because of mishandling or wrong setup/settings a repair fee is about to be charged, the customer will be notified about the final price and other details from the technician currently working on his case.
  • DOA (Dead On Arrival) is not officially recognized from all manufacturers/suppliers. DOA means that the product purchased is not working or damaged out of the box at the very first day and for a time period up to 7 days total, without a visible user™s fault. If the faulty product is not applicable of DOA procedures, then again, it must be tested by COMPUTERIZER LTD and send to the manufacturer/supplier. In other words, a regular RMA case will be issued. If the faulty product can be returned as DOA, then COMPUTERIZER LTD will order a replacement (either the same or a different item of the same value as the faulty product) after of course the fault has been confirmed by COMPUTERIZER LTD. After the DOA period expires, all products will be handled as regular RMA cases.

Events beyond our control

COMPUTERIZER LTD shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.


Accounts, Passwords and Security

Certain features or services offered on or through the store may require you to open an account (including setting up an ID and password). You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information you hold for your account, including your password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account as a result of you™re failing to keep this information secure and confidential. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security. You may be held liable for losses incurred by us or any other user of or visitor to the site due to someone else using your ID, password or account as a result of your failing to keep your account information secure and confidential.
